推广计划详情如下:

一、推广期
由2020年1月1日起至2020年12月31日(包括首尾两天)

二、 推广优惠内容
个人银行客户通过手机银行以工银速汇汇出款项1免收手续费2

注:
1. 通过电子渠道,个人银行客户可以港币及美元使用工银速汇汇出款项。个人客户向已登记第三方账户转账汇款日累计限额最高可设定为港币1,000,000元,向未登记第三方账户转账汇款日累计最高可设定为港币200,000元,实际限额取决于客户选择的申请渠道、申请金额及转账汇款渠道。
2. 工行海外地区手续费视乎所属区域而定,请向收款银行职员查询。
3. 结算日为星期一至五,但不包括公众假期。个人客户汇款至工行收款网点,如符合当地收款网点的自动处理条件,款项最快可于10分钟内送抵工行收款网点。款项实际入账时间或会受以下因素影响,包括但不限于: a).客户提供的汇款资料的准确性及完整性;
b).个别国家收款银行的实际操作和处理,包括外汇管制、其他法规和条例限制、适逢假日或非营业时间等;
c).受电脑系统故障或恶劣天气影响; 及/或 d).国内收款网点是否开通外汇业务交易等。
如因任何原因导致汇款延误或引起任何争议,本行概不负担任何责任。
4. 收款网点覆盖工行于国内的所有网点及海外的多个指定分行,详情请向本行的分行职员查询。
5. 如因本行以外机构导致汇款延误或引起任何争议,本行概不负担任何责任及对该等争议保留最终决定权。
6.客户应小心谨慎进行汇款避免错误,在收取误转款项时应通过银行退还相应款项,并应了解因未退还款项而可能承担的一切法律责任。

2、所有企业和个人通过电子渠道工银速汇向湖北省工行户口汇款手续费全免*,我行客户收到湖北省工行汇入的工银速汇汇款,豁免入账手续费。
*退返手续费将实行“先扣收 后退返”机制。客户须于交易时先缴付手续费款项。其手续费款项将以退返方式于交易完成后三个月内存入客户之本行港币账户,客户于本行发放退返手续费时,必须仍然持有该汇款账户才方能获得退返手续费。

「工银亚洲跨境转账汇款手续费优惠推广」条款及细则:

一般条款及细则:
1.本推广是由中国工商银行(亚洲)有限公司(「本行」或「工银亚洲」)主办。
2.本推广包括「工银速汇跨境汇款电子渠道手续费优惠」及「疫区转账汇款手续费豁免」。
3.所有优惠不得兑换为现金。
4.所有优惠不得与其他推广优惠一并使用。
5.本行保留随时酌情修改本优惠及/或本条款及细则,或取消本优惠而不作事先通知之权利。
6.并非本条款及细则任何一方的任何人士或实体,将不会拥有于合约(第三者权利)条例(第623章)下强制执行本条款及细则任何部分的权利。

2.是次推广只适用于个人客户经手机银行或企业客户经企业网上银行以工银速汇汇出款项。

「疫区转账汇款手续费豁免」条款及细则:
1.为全力支持国内疫情防控工作,除另有注明,由2020年1月29日至2020年12月31日,包括首尾两天 (「推广期1」) :
(i)所有企业和个人客户通过工银亚洲电子渠道(包括个人网上银行、手机银行及企业网上银行)
或分行向中国红十字会等慈善机构账户或疫区专用账户,汇划捐款、防疫专用款项,一律免收手续费; (ii)所有企业和个人客户通过电子渠道(包括个人网上银行、手机银行及企业网上银行)工银速汇向湖北省工行户口汇款手续费全免;

ICBC Express Cross-Border Remittance Service through Electronic Channels Promotion

  1. Promotional Period:
    1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020
  2. Promotional Details:
    During the Promotional Period, personal banking customers can enjoy the outward remittance service through ICBC Express1 Mobile Banking with no handling charge2    

Remarks:

  1. Through electronic channels, personal banking customers may enjoy the outward remittance service through ICBC Express in terms of HKD and USD payment. The daily accumulative limit for transfer/remittance to registered third-party account is HKD 1,000,000 while the daily accumulative limit for transfer/remittance to unregistered third-party account is HKD 200,000. The actual limit depends on the application channel, amount as set by each customer and the transfer/remittance channel.
  2. The handling charge of ICBC's overseas branches is determined by the locations involved. Please contact the beneficiary bank for enquiry.
  3. Settlement day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holiday. For the personal banking customers who remit funds to receiving branches of ICBC, if the remittance fulfills the requirements for auto-settlement procedures of receiving branches, the funds can reach the receiving branches of ICBC within only 10 minutes. Actual fund reaching time may be affected by factors below, including but not limited to:
    a). Accuracy and completeness of the remittance information provided by the client;
    b). Actual operation and processing of fund receiving bank in respective countries, including foreign exchange control, laws and regulations restrictions, holiday and non-business hours, etc; c). Computer system failure or severe weather; and /or
    d). Readiness of foreign exchange business at ICBC designated branches in China, etc.
    The Bank shall not be responsible for any liabilities caused by any delay howsoever caused.
  4. Fund receiving branch network of ICBC covers all branches within China and the designated branches overseas. Please contact our Bank's staff for details.
  5. If there are any delayed remittances or related disputes induced by organizations other than our Bank, our Bank will not be responsible for any liabilities thereof. The Bank reserves the right to make the final decision in any disputes.
       
  6. Customers shall be reminded to be careful and avoid errors when making fund transfers, and should be responsible to return the mis-transferred funds through the banks in the event that they have received funds that are mis-transferred to them, and should bear all the possible legal liabilities if they do not return the mis-transferred funds.

ICBC (Asia) stay with you to fight against the novel coronavirus. “Infected Area Transfer and Remittance Handling Charge Waiver”

  1. Promotional Period:
    29 January 2020 to 31 December 2020
  2. Promotional Details:
    (i)the handling charge of remitting donation fund or epidemic prevention related payment to charities like China Red Cross Foundation or infected area dedicated donation account of all corporate and personal banking customers via the Bank’s electronic channels (including Personal Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Corporate Internet Banking) or branches are waived*;
    (ii)the handling charge of remitting funds to Hubei via ICBC Express via the Bank’s electronic channels (including Personal Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Corporate Internet Banking) are waived; the handling charge of the bank’s customers receiving remittance from ICBC Hubei branch via ICBC Express are waived*.
    *Customers are required to pay the transaction fee in full in advance at the time of conducting transaction. The handling charge will be credited in the form of rebate to the customers’ HKD Account in the Bank within 3 months at the date of transaction. At the time of cash rebate, customers must still hold the account used for remitting funds.

“ICBC (Asia) Cross-Border Transfer and Remittance Handling Charge Promotion” Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions:

  1. This Promotion is organized by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (the “Bank” or “ICBC (Asia)”).
  2. This Promotion includes “ICBC Express Cross-Border Remittance Service through Electronic Channels Handling Charge Promotion”and“Infected Area Transfer and Remittance Handling Charge Waiver”.
  3. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
  5. The Bank reserves the right to vary the Offer and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Offer at its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice.
  6. Any person or entity that is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions.
  7. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
  8. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

“ICBC Express Cross-Border Remittance Service through Electronic Channels Handling Charge Promotion” Terms and Conditions

  1. Unless otherwise indicated, during the promotional period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020, both dates inclusive (the “Promotional Period 2”): (i)personal banking customers can enjoy the outward remittance service through ICBC Express on Mobile Banking with no handling charge;
    (ii)corporate banking customers can enjoy a 50% discount of the outward remittance service fee through ICBC Express on Internet Banking
  2. This Promotion is only applicable to personal banking customers who implement outward remittance through ICBC Express on Mobile Banking or corporate banking customers who implement outward remittance through ICBC Express on Corporate Internet Banking.

“Infected Area Transfer and Remittance Handling Charge Waiver” Terms and Conditions:

  1. To fully support the coronavirus prevention and control efforts in Mainland China, unless otherwise indicated, during the promotional period from 29 January 2020 to 31 December 2020, both dates inclusive (the “Promotional Period 1”):
  2. (i)the handling charge of remitting donation fund or epidemic prevention related payment to charities like China Red Cross Foundation or infected area dedicated donation account of all corporate and personal banking customers via the Bank’s electronic channels (including Personal Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Corporate Internet Banking) or branches are waived;
    (ii)the handling charge of remitting funds to Hubei via ICBC Express via the Bank’s electronic channels (including Personal Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Corporate Internet Banking) are waived;
    (iii)the handling charge of the bank’s customers receiving remittance from ICBC Hubei branch via ICBC Express are waived. 2.The eligible list of charities and infected area dedicated donation account is subject to the decision of the Bank.
