  1. 推广期:2022年6月1日至7月31日(包括首尾两天)
  2. 优惠不适用于私人银行客户。
  3. 优惠不适用于透过跨境理财通进行之交易。
  4. 优惠不适用于基金转换和基金月供计划之认购交易。
  5. 推广期内,「理财金账户」客户透过分行、网上银行或手机银行完成基金认购,可享0%认购费优惠。可享0%认购费优惠的累积认购金额上限为HK$200,000或同等价值。
  6. 客户必须为(i)「理财金账户」客户;以及(ii)符合以下其中一项条件,方可享有优惠:
  7. (a)于推广期内开立「综合投资账户 – 基金投资、债券及其他结构性产品」,并于推广期前12个月内(即2021年6月1日至2022年5月31日)不曾以个人、联名名义或公司名义持有上述账户之客户。

    (b)持有本行「综合投资账户 – 基金投资、债券及其他结构性产品」,但于推广期前12个月内(即2021年6月1日至2022年5月31日)没有任何基金认购交易(不包括基金转换和月供基金计划之认购交易)之客户。
       

  8. 客户须于认购基金时缴付全数认购费,本行确认符合本推广资格后,将回赠金额相等于实际认购费与0%认购费优惠之差额。
  9. 若交易以外币进行,本行将以推广期最后一天(即2022年7月31日)之汇率计算交易累积金额。
  10. 现金回赠将于2022年10月31日或之前存入至客户港币储蓄账户内。回赠存入时,客户仍须持有有效的基金投资账户、结算账户及港元储蓄账户,否则客户获取有关回赠的资格将被取消。
  11. 每名客户只可享回赠一次。联名账户客户以一户计算,并只可享有一次回赠。回赠将发放至该联名账户的港币结算账户。

0% Fund Subscription Fee for “Elite Club” Customer Promotion

Promotion Period: 1 June to 31 July 2022 (Both dates inclusive)

During the Promotion Period, “Elite Club” Customers who complete fund subscription via branches, internet banking or mobile banking can enjoy 0% fund subscription fee *

* 1.Customers are required to fully pay the fund subscription fee when they subscribe for funds. Upon verifying the customer’s eligibility for the promotion, the Bank will refund such amount of the subscription fee as represented by the difference between the amount of subscription fee charged and 0% of the subscription fee, by way of subscription fee rebate. 2. 0% fund subscription fee privilege is up to an aggregate transaction amount of HK$200,000 or its equivalent.

    General Terms and Conditions:

  1. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (“the Bank” or “ICBC (Asia)”) reserves the right to vary and/or terminate the Promotion at any time and to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
  2. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
  3. Any person or entity that is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623, Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions.
  4. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.

    0% Fund Subscription Fee for “Elite Club” Customer Promotion Terms and Conditions:

  1. The promotion period is valid from 1 June to 31 July 2022, both dates inclusive. (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The offer is not applicable to private banking customers.
  3. The offer is not applicable to the transaction conducted via Cross-boundary Wealth Management Connect Scheme.
  4. The offer is not applicable to fund switching and Fund Monthly Saving Plan subscription.
  5. During the Promotion Period, “Elite Club” Customers who complete fund subscription via branches, internet banking or mobile banking can enjoy 0% fund subscription fee up to an aggregate transaction amount of HK$200,000 or its equivalent.
  6. Customers are required to (i) have an “Elite Club” account and (ii) satisfy either of the followings:

    (a) Customers who have successfully opened the “Consolidated Investment Account - Investment Funds, Bonds and other Structured Product” with the Bank during the Promotion Period and do not have any sole-name, joint-name or company Investment Account with the Bank in the past 12 months prior to the Promotion Period (i.e. 1 June 2021 - 31 May 2022).

    (b) Customers who have “Consolidated Investment Account - Investment Funds, Bonds and other Structured Product” with the Bank but did not conduct any fund subscription (not include fund switching and Fund Monthly Saving Plan subscriptions) in the past 12 months prior to the Promotion Period (i.e. 1 June 2021 - 31 May 2022).
  7. Customers are required to fully pay the fund subscription fee when they subscribe for funds. Upon verifying the customer’s eligibility for the promotion, the Bank will refund such amount of the subscription fee as represented by the difference between the amount of subscription fee charged and 0% of the subscription fee, by way of subscription fee rebate.
  8. For non-HK$ denominated transactions, the rebate amount will be calculated based on the transaction amount converted into HK$ using the foreign exchange rate as of the last day of the Promotion Period (i.e. 31 Jul 2022).
  9. Cash rebate will be deposited into customers’ HK$ saving account on or before 31 October 2022. Customers are required to maintain a valid Investment Account, settlement account and saving account when rebate is credited; otherwise, the offer will be forfeited.
  10. Each customer can only be entitled to the rebate once. Joint-name account will be counted as one account for one rebate only and the rebate will be credited to the HK$ settlement account of that joint-name account.
