ICBC(Asia) Mobile Banking Launches the Brand New “Mobile Token” Service
With the latest development of Financial Technology , customers expect to enjoy convenient, fast and secure banking services offered by the banks. In order to cater for customers’ financial needs, we now launch the “Mobile Token” Service. Mobile Token is embedded in our Mobile Banking App which can be used to replace the physical hard token for two-factor authentication when you perform designated transactions in the ICBC (Asia) Mobile Banking App to secure your transactions. After activating the “Mobile Token”, to experience safer, faster and more convenient banking service, you can simply enter your six-digit Mobile Token password to complete the designated transactions easily without bringing the hard token with you. The new “Mobile Token” is equipped with advanced security protection. It performs one-to-one binding authentication with your device and is protected by a customizable six-digit password, so that you can enjoy all banking services safer,faster and more convenient.
You can use the “Mobile Token” with the services below:
Transfer to the unregistered third parties account (Accumulated daily transfer exceed HKD10,000) *
Register/Modify the registered third parties account
Adjust the transaction limits for fund transfer
*Only for apply to the revamped functions for Fund Transfer and Remittance .
“Mobile Token” service does not support "New Customer Account Opening" customers. If you have opened account via "New Customer Account Opening" service in mobile banking , please register and use the "Large Value Fund Transfer" function to perform fund transfer if the daily accumulated transfer amount is more than HKD 10,000.
You can use “Mobile Token” by completing the below simply registration steps :
1.Service and Settings> Activate Mobile Token
2.Accepted the T&C and activated
3.Enter ID numbers
5.Set Up a personalized 6-digit mobile token password
The use of “Mobile Token” is subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Mobile Token Service.
2.The Mobile Token Service is available on the devices with: -iPhone with iOS 10.0 or above -Android 6.0 or above.
Please download the latest version of Mobile Banking App to enjoy this function.
Keep your “Mobile Token” password confidential at all times. Do not disclose your password to any other person, including Bank's employee.
